2022 Jan OCK WM: Prue Leith Restaurant

The Prue Leith Restaurant is the first workplace experience for all students. During your time in the restaurant you will put the elements of food production, which you studied in your first semester into practice in a top fine dining restaurant. 

In the Prue Leith Restaurant you will rotate between different departments to ensure that you are a well rounded chef by the end of the workplace semester. You will spend time in hot kitchen, pastry, cold kitchen and restaurant service as well as in the vegetable and herb garden to learn about farm to fork approaches and sustainable restaurant systems.
