Pasta, rice and grains are collectively known as farinaceous products and also includes other food items that are produced from flour such as dumplings and noodles.
In this module you will not only learn how to produce some of these products from scratch, but also how to cook and flavour them according to the cultures that they belong to.
As farinaceous products are known to soak up the flavours that they are cooked with, the flavouring of these products are as important to master as their production and correct cooking.
